| 英文描述 | Anaplasmosis is an infectious, arthropod-borne hemoparasitic disease of cattle and other ruminants. Important in area where vectors, especially ticks, are common. Common in cattle, but a minor problem in sheep and goats. Signs due to red cell damage by the intraerythrocytic rickettsiae ANAPLASMA MARGINALE and A. CENTRALE in cattle and A. OVIS in sheep and goats. Dx by identification of one or more 0.5 to 1.0-um-sized basophilic punctate bodies in the margin of erythrocytes. Hemoglobinuira is not present. Older cattle are more susceptible to clinical disease. |
